Hayah Health is operated by Hayah Health Longevity Solutions L.L.C., a company registered in Doha, Qatar (CR 247231). I am Myriam Giri, its founder. You can reach me at myriam@joinhayahplus.com.
A founding seat gives you access to the Hayah Health service as 1 of 25 founding members. The founding cohort is open to adult women living in Doha.
The service includes:
The service is available in English and Arabic.
Founding access opens on 25 October 2026, when I email you an invitation to create your account. If you reserve your seat after that date, your access opens as soon as your seat is confirmed.
Your first month starts on the day your access opens. If I am unable to open your access, I refund your payment in full.
The founding price is QAR 99 per month.
When you reserve your seat, you pay QAR 99 once. This payment covers your first month of service.
After your first month, you decide whether to continue at QAR 99 per month. No further payment is taken without your agreement.
Payments are taken in Qatari riyals through the secure checkout of my online shop, hayahcare.health, run by my French business, HAYAH HEALTH (SIRET 882 238 819 00024, 9 allée des Genêts, 69340 Francheville, France). The charge on your statement comes from that business. I never see or store your card details.
You can cancel your seat at any time before your access opens and receive a full refund of the QAR 99. Write to me at myriam@joinhayahplus.com. I refund the card you paid with within 14 days of your request.
You can stop at any time by writing to me. No further payment is taken after you stop. A month that has already started is not refunded.
If you are pregnant, or living with an active eating disorder, please tell me. I ask for a conversation with you before you start. If we decide together that Hayah Health is not right for you at this time, I refund any month you have paid for and not used.
Hayah Health is a wellness and prevention service, not medical care. What I send you is general wellbeing information based on your own answers. For any medical question, your doctor remains your first contact. In an emergency, call 999.
Reserving a seat asks only for your name, email, phone and payment. No health information is collected on this website. The details are in my privacy notice.
If I change these terms, the new version is published on this page with its date. A change does not affect a payment you have already made.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar.
