1. Who is responsible for your data

Hayah Health Longevity Solutions L.L.C., a company registered in Doha, Qatar (CR 247231). I am Myriam Giri, its founder, and I am your contact for anything about your data: myriam@joinhayahplus.com.

2. What this website collects

When you reserve a seat: your name, email address, phone number and the confirmation of your payment. Your card details go directly to the payment provider. I never see or store them.
When you write to me: your email address and your message.
When you browse, only with your consent: the pages you view, whether you started the checkout, whether a payment was completed, and which ad brought you here.

This website never asks for health information.

3. Why I use it

to reserve your seat and send you your confirmation;
to contact you about your invitation and the start of your service;
to answer your questions;
with your consent, to measure whether my ads work;
to keep the accounting records the law requires.

4. Cookies and measurement

This website sets no advertising cookies. If you arrive from one of my ads on Google, the reference of that ad travels with you to the checkout of my online shop, where Google Ads measures whether the ad led to a reservation. No health information is involved.

The explainer video is hosted by YouTube in its privacy-enhanced mode, which sets cookies only if you play the video.

5. Who receives your data

Only the service providers I need to run this website and take payments: the website host (Webflow), my online shop and its payment provider (Shopify), my email provider and Google, which measures the results of my ads at the checkout. Some of these providers store data outside Qatar.

I never sell your data, and I never share it with an employer or an insurer.

6. Your health information

Health information is collected only inside the Hayah Health platform, after your consent, and never on this website. Before you enter anything there, you receive a separate consent document that explains how it is used, who can see it, where it is stored and how long it is kept.

7. How long I keep it

I keep your reservation details for as long as you are a member, then for the period the law requires for accounting records. If you cancel before your service starts, I delete your contact details once your refund is complete, except what the law requires me to keep.

8. Security

Your data is stored securely, and access to it is strictly limited.

9. Your rights

You can ask me at any time to see the data I hold about you, to correct it or to delete it, and you can withdraw your consent to measurement cookies. Write to me at myriam@joinhayahplus.com. I answer within 30 days.

10. Changes to this notice

If I change this notice, the new version is published on this page with its date.
